About Snacky Boy
Liam Warnock aka Snacky Boy is an illustrator, animator and online content creator based in Hertfordshire, England. He’s known for blending his love of the outdoors with his passion for video games and animation. His style is easily recognisable through its simplistic shapes, dreamlike colours and interesting textures – resulting in unique landscape art with a nostalgic twist.
Growing up alongside his mum and grandad who are both hobbyist painters, art has always been a huge part of Liam’s life – but it took a while to realise its potential as a career. After exploring both Fashion Design and Games Design at The University of Central Lancashire (but finding neither setting fully satisfying), Liam went on to achieve a degree in Photography – returning to his roots during his final year and focusing once again on illustration during his free time.
Snacky Boy officially launched at MCM Comic Con London in 2017, where Liam attended as a retailer. Video game and anime fans were instantly enamoured by his unique take on their favourite franchises and the eclectic vibrancy of the brand as a whole. From beautifully detailed enamel pins to personalised animation commissions, Liam is constantly exploring new and exciting directions to take his art in – watch this space!
