Returns & Exchanges Policy
All sales are considered final. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Note: Please carefully read the size guides before purchasing items.
Returns
I only accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and only if the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. I strongly recommend using a tracked service, as I am not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of my releases, I do not offer size exchanges.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, contact me at shop@snackyboy.co.uk before purchasing.
Non-returnable items
I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned without original packaging
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery at shop@snackyboy.co.uk with your order number and photos. I’ll get it sorted.
