Shipping Policy
My store operates on a limited drop basis. This means the store is only open for short periods of time, and most apparel items are made to order (pre-order).
Pre-orders & Production Time
Most items are not held in stock and are produced after the store closes.
Please allow 1–2 months for production before your order is shipped. This can vary depending on demand, but I always aim to ship as soon as possible.
All orders are packed and managed by me alone, so I really appreciate your patience during busy drops.
If your order contains multiple items, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready.
Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier services
- International orders are fulfilled via Teleship, which helps handle customs and delivery efficiently
International Orders & Duties
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there should be no additional fees required on delivery.
If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or import fees (in rare cases), it will not be treated as a return.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays
While I do my best to meet estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to production or shipping carriers. As a one-person operation, I appreciate your patience and understanding.
