3rd Party shipping for eu customers
Due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) laws that came into effect as of 13/12/24, I am no longer able to directly ship to EU countries.
This is due to requiring a representative in the EU. While this is more feesable for large companies, as a sole trader I do not have the funds to do so.
There is a way to still ship to EU countries via 3rd party shipping services, such as MyUs. I know a couple of customers have had success using these kinds of services already- so any EU customers are welcome to use a 3rd party shipping service to purchase from my store.
If you choose to purchase this way, please provide a message in your order notes, so I can e-mail you a merchant invoice or equivalent so your package can be released from the 3rd party.
Please note I am not directly affiliated with any 3rd party shipping services, this is the best option I can offer at this time. Once you have placed an order on my store and it is delivered to a 3rd party holding facility within the UK, it is the customers responsibility to pay any fees to the 3rd party to have their package released.
If there is an error or insufficient information on any merchant invoices once they are e-mailed to the customer, please get in contact with me so I can make sure you have the correct information to provide your 3rd party shipping service.
As always, please feel free to get in contact with any questions via e-mail
