By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms.
General
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All products are sold subject to availability. Due to the limited nature of my drops, items may sell out quickly and are not guaranteed to restock.
Orders
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
After this time, or once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
It is your responsibility to ensure all order details (including shipping address and item selection) are correct at checkout.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Pre-orders
Most apparel items are made to order. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timelines outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Shipping
Shipping times and processes are outlined in the Shipping Policy. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review this before purchasing.
EU Customers (Right to Cancel)
If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Made-to-order or pre-order items
- Limited drop products produced on demand
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase may fall under these exemptions.
Product Safety & Compliance (EU GPSR)
All products sold comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, including the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) where relevant.
Where required, a designated EU responsible person is appointed. Product safety information and compliance documentation can be provided upon request.
