Yes! If your order arrives incorrectly or the products are damaged, please get in contact with your order number and I can get it sorted for you.

Depending on your location, Shipping times are approximately:

UK: 1-2 working days (1st class Royal Mail)

EU: 7-10 working days(International standard shipping)

US: 7-14 working days (International standard shipping)

Anywhere else: 7-14 working days (International standard shipping)

Please note these are estimates and there may be delays depending on your local courier. In the event of a large amount of orders, there may be a longer processing time before your order is shipped.

I do not have set times for product restocks, though the best way to be notified of restocks is to sign up to my e-mail club! You will be notified of a date and time in advance!
